A Better Way to Manage Your Lab Testing

Your insurance company typically uses major labs like #QuestDiagnostics and #LabCorp, trusted by millions of doctors and patients. While we at HLS respect their commitment to excellence, we go further to ensure precision and personalized care.

Unlike companies that “drop & go” , or rely on couriers, HLS technicians personally deliver your samples to the lab’s Patient Service Center (PSC). They oversee order entry, verify label accuracy, and ensure proper labeling. Being present for that process significantly minimizes errors and ensures the results you receive, are truly yours!

After testing, results are sent to your doctor electronically, and the lab bills your insurance directly. Any deductible or co-pay from testing, will come directly from the lab. HLS services, which are separate from lab fees, are due at the time of service—but we don’t force you to pre-pay for your visit. We truly prefer a relationship built on trust, from both sides!
