We serve homebound individuals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, residential care homes, dialysis patients, and provide in-office phlebotomy for medical groups.

At HouseCall Lab Solutions, we only work with contractors who have a minimum of 10 years of experience in their field. Our team is made up of highly skilled technicians who have dedicated their careers to serving both senior and pediatric clients.

These experts possess advanced knowledge of vein anatomy and function, using specialized techniques that go far beyond what you’ll find in any manual. For all pediatric venipunctures, we rely on these certified professionals to ensure the best care. At HouseCall Lab Solutions, we believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing. Our in-home blood draw services start at just $49.98 per client, which happens to be —38.5% less than a mobile blood draw from Quest Diagnostics, who charges a whopping $79.99 for the SAME SERVICE!  Their corporate greed sets those ridiculous costs, even though they’re also charging your insurance company for the testing of your specimens! But don't worry, your even more qualified HLS technician, will STILL be taking your order to Quest Diagnostics for testing! This is YOUR mobile in-home blood draw WIN-WIN experience! 

Depending on your location, a small additional travel fee may apply, which will be determined during your initial intake.

The only insurance that HLS is able to accept at this time, is United Health Care, and Medicare. however, relating to Medicare, there are factors. If the patient is a resident of a skilled nursing facility, or other residential home, Medicare pays the phlebotomy cost in full. If a client is considered to be a “home-bound” individual, Medicare can be billed for a partial payment of $8.80. That is the current Medicare maximum amount of reimbursement for a  venipuncture preformed for a home-bound patient, and will be deducted from the HouseCall Lab Solutions venipuncture fee. The balance will be paid by the client at time of service. 

Typically, next day appointments are available. Pediatric appointments will often be 2-3 days out depending on the number of appointments already booked for our pediatric technicians at the time of your call.

Fasting blood work depends on what tests are being ordered.  After you forward your lab test order to us, HLS will review the tests and provide you with the fasting requirement… if any! 

Most fasting tests require at least a 4 hour fast, however there are some specific, but less known tests, that might require a 12 hour fasting time (ex: Vitamin A, B6, C, E,  B-type natriuretic peptide, fasting glucose, etc).
